This 4-part series with Sue Baugh, will teach, with tremendous skill, the flowing movements that can gently improve your balance, strength, and flexibility; increase bone and joint health; and encourage deeper breathing. Also, help reduce anxiety, promote deep relaxation, and nurture the mind. The 18-part form can be adapted to individual needs—beginners are welcome! Wear comfortable clothing.
