Come bake with Chef Gale Gand, nationally acclaimed pastry chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, television personality, teacher, entrepreneur, and mom. Chef Gand has earned 2 James beard Awards: Outstanding Pastry Chef of the Year and Best service for her restaurant Tru. In this workshop in partnership with New Trier Extension, Gale will instruct us to create two chocolate desserts just in time for Valentine’s Day.
