Session 1: Oct 28. How to maintain the health of the body through movement, breath-work, diet, and energy work.
Session 2: Nov 4. How to go from stress to serenity, managing your emotions and thoughts to center yourself in harmony.
Session 3: Nov 11. How to access your True Self to awaken your spiritual gifts and use them for yourself and others.
