Join Lynn Denton, LCSW, for a six session self-discovery group for women ages 55 plus. Called The Wisdom Years, this group focuses on issues that arise during this time of life, for which we can draw on the wisdom we’ve collected over the years. Topics include exploring new roles, career/retirement, health, negotiating new plans with spouses/partners, friendships and relationships with adult children.
Maximum 8 participants.
6 Wednesdays: April 1 to June 10, 1 to 3 pm. $250/$235
