The Balancing Act

We all struggle to ‘keep our balance’. We know how necessary and illusive balance is, whether we are surfing, skiing, bike riding, or juggling our lives. Using Sonia Choquette’s book True Balance, leader Penny Rieck will draw on her extensive Jungian background to help us explore the seven energy centers (chakras) allowing us to bridge the body and the spirit to create a life in balance.
