Is Women’s Exchange only for women?
With few exceptions, we target programming for women.

Is there a membership fee for Women’s Exchange?
There is an option to be a yearly Member allowing participants to save 10% on classes, receive early notification of limited size classes.

Who typically attends Women’s Exchange programs?
Women who are long-life learners, curious, kind, and open-minded enroll in our programs.

Where do most participants come from?
We draw women from over 30 Chicagoland communities. By Zoom, nation-wide

What is a typical class size?
Class size ranges from 6 to 15 people and most are often able to meet around a coffee table in an inclusive atmosphere. Zoom classes can range from 6 to over 100.

How are programs selected?  
Women’s Exchange considers expertise and experience in determining a balanced selection of courses and events.

What type of facilitators and teachers lead programs?
Women who are affirming, knowledgeable, and experienced with their topic. WE asks for references from classroom experiences. No selling of products or services during presentations or classes. One can submit a program proposal through the website.

Women’s Exchange reserves the right to keep our participants free of solicitation and in respect of facilitators, no outside solicitation from participants during classes, workshops or special events. Sponsors at President’s Circle and above are able to place ads in publications.

Women’s Exchange is a fragrance free environment.

How is Womens Exchange funded?
Women’s Exchange is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  We are funded by program fees, memberships, donations, Sponsors and underwriting.

Where is Women’s Exchange located: 620 Lincoln Avenue in Winnetka, IL. 60093 . Our facility is located on the first floor. of the Community House. Free parking is available in parking lots and in the neighborhood. Fragrance free.
